Very nice examples. The two top models each had over a sixty year run starting in the late 1800s and continuing on well past WWII.

I just picked one up like the one Doormann posted. Thing locks up nice and solid.

Oh my goodness! You guys really own some dream-knives! ::woot:: Too bad that most of the vintage stuff is worn or was lost in one of the two wars here in Europe.... ::tear::

A few days after admiring your fantastic Henckels knives here I ran across this one. Unfortunately someone had messed with the tip of the blade so I had to reshape it.
I am not particular satisfied with it but I suppose they are hard to come to by here in Germany and I have to be conted with what I´ve got. ::shrug::

I looked through five full or partial catalogs and did not see it. Mason will know.

As I recall from years ago, you have a great collection of minty Henckels.
