There's one on ebay. It's been used a bit but the price is low and the bones look good. ---► https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Schrad ... SwJRZajKuy
Edit: Oh wait, that's probably not bone. Oh well. At least folks will know what it looks like.

Re: Schrade 242
Thanks Jerry - you beat me to the punch.
I have three Schrade 242 patterns but I have just taken a liking to the pattern and am looking for more.
On a side note it's interesting that the bone handled one that I have sticks to a magnet more than the composition ones that I have. Look how the blade sticks to my laptop and the other two dont. May be a way to tell high grade carbon steel. Strike this statement. It was where I was putting the knives on the magnet. All three have pretty high content carbon. DUH
Anyway I digress. On a hunt for the 242.

Re: Schrade 242
Here is a slightly better condition 242 although these jigged black handles are not bone, not Delrin, but ??
Also with same jigged black handles & same frame is a S-W 810, a Junior Stock knife. It is mint to me, but i am not as fussy as some.
