Jet Aer G96

Post by Redneb72 »

Hi there,

I have been scouring high and low for some G96 knives, if anybody has some that they would like to sell. The models that I am after are

G96 - Model 920

G96 - Model 900

If you want to get rid of them, let me know.

I have these G96 knives, all with original sheath:
980 "Titan": 6" LB, NIB + papers
970: 5 1/2" LB, new, never used
960: 5" LB, used but excellent condition, never re-sharpened

Let me know if any of these 3 interest you.

The ebay G96 is a 960, 5" LB. Looks like sheath is missing. Mine has the original sheath for same price or less if you want all 3..

Thanks, and apologies for the late response on this topic.

At the moment, I am after a model 920 and 900. The offers for the model 960 are appreciated, however I already have two of these. I am not sure if you guys know what steel the "rust proof steel" actually is, as I don't, but gees it has good edge retention abilities.

I may look at getting some more 960's soon as my boys are getting into the age where I would consider giving them a knife.

Thanks again!

Good Luck. I think the 900 & 920 are harder to find than the larger G96 knives. Not much has been posted about the Jet Aer G96 knife brand but the posts i have read have all been positive. They definitely are good knives but under appreciated by the majority of knife enthusiasts. The 980 Titan, at 6" closed, is one impressive knife if you like large lockbacks.
