What are they worth?

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

I had and sold a set of those 2 trappers and I think I got somewhere around 110 for the set.
The stag trapper might be worth 100 or more.

I’d say these estimates above are about right - $50-60 each for the 6111-1/2 and $80-$100 for the stag trapper, possibly more if you find a buyer having some connection to or affiliation with the topic being commemorated. An advanced search of eBay for sold listings of “Case commemorative 6111-1/2” and “ Case commemorative trapper knife” is your best source for current values.
