CASE XX 6347HP NO DOT

There were 37 knife patterns manufactured in the early to mid 1990s that make up the Case Classic line of knives. They are the product of Jim Parker's realization of a dream to replicate classic knives of many years past.

Bugsy5776 A BIG ::welcome:: to AAPK! We're glad you decided to join us. The Case 6347 pattern is probably one of the most popular Case patterns of all time. A example from the period that you specify 1940-64is hard to find in very good condition because people like them so much , they just use them until they are used up. When you are asking for a valuation that is always very subjective and we really need some better pictures than you have provided. They should be close ups of the tang stamps and must be clear and in focus also front and back photos with blades open and closed and a shot looking straight down into the well with blades closed. Again clear in focus shots are a must. Again , Welcome and I hope you enjoy your time with AAPK.

Welcome to AAPK. Looks like a nice knife but far from mint condition based on what can be seen in your pictures. What Greg has said is correct so I'll not repeat it. Case made literally millions of that pattern during the 20-plus years that stamp was used.

Our best gauge of current value is the worlds largest auction, eBay. Do an advanced search there, for sold listings only, of Case XX 6347. Confining your search to sold listings eliminates those listings where the seller is asking for an amount but the item has not sold.

I did a quick search and found a Case XX 6347 HP that looks to be in better condition than yours, that sold a week ago for $86. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Case-XX-1940-6 ... 7675.l2557. Here's a picture from the seller's listing.

Adjust accordingly for condition of your knife against the sold knife and that should give you a ballpark figure for value of yours. You might do a more extensive search and find more examples.

That one is pretty well worn Bugsy. I'd put a good edge on all the blades and stick it in my pocket. No collector value there.
