Classy old switching loco, John. Pretty sure I have never seen one, I read where only 131 were produced.

Very strange.
Puter makes a noise like it sees the phone but nowhere does it say phone.
And phone doesn't ask for permission.

Go to your settings, click on bluetooth, and check if everything tis turned on.
Also in the privacy settings, you may have it turned off.

If anyone runs N scale model trains - the Milam County Train Museum in Cameron Texas is having a raffle to raise money. The museum was closed forever due to covid and is only open on a limited basis currenly.

They are raffling off a Winter Wonderland Village in N-scale.

This is a fully refurbished Victorian Railways S Class EMD. This one was saved from the scrappers and fully fitted out, it is 60 years old. A single end bulldog, in the classic old Blue&Gold of the old VR.

My wife's Dad worked for a short line here in East Mississippi. The meridian and Bigbee railroad.
My wife's great uncle worked for a railroad (Union Pacific maybe) out west (Wyoming area) in the early part of the 1900's. (1930's maybe??)
Anyway, we rescued some pictures from his old home before it fell in a few years ago.
Here is one from out that way.....

They used to build rail lines in logging area to bring the logs in to the mill area.
Here is one taken at a logging operation in Mehan, MS, about 15 miles from where I live.

This is an F Class diesel shunting/yard loco. Purchased by the Victorian Railways in 1951 for yard use only. I don't know if there are any left.

This picture (U.P. Big Boy 4-8-8-4 X4004) is hanging over the guest bedroom bed at my mother-in-law's house. Her husband and my dad worked together at B&O/Chessie/CSX for many years. Brenda's dad was into collecting local railroad items, including pictures he would come across. No one's sure where he found this picture, maybe from another railroad buddy.

Hope you can see the picture ok, hard to take with the lighting.
