Great clip. And a fantastic model railway layout.

Here is an interesting video clip, especially if you like the sound of an old 2 stroke EMD loco.

My dad is second from the right. I think the tall, far left guy was the General Car Foreman. We bought registered Black Angus from him, he had a farm at Patterson's Creek. Taken in the 1970's.

You dad was a cool looking dude, i don't know about over in America, but the 1970's were the last great era of the railways over here in the state where i live, once the 1980's arrived they started the process of the corporate thinking and breaking up the railways and selling off different sections of it. Have a good week.

I have a box of stuff that I need to trade.
Any interest?

Fine looking locos, JPD!
Hard to believe the amount of work and materials that went into making electric engines work.

Glad you enjoyed it, Tom. A 90's alternative rock tribute to model trains.

Re: Any Train Enthusiasts Out There?
We had a Norfolk Southern sighting during our morning coffee walk. The engines were moving pretty quickly, had to grab a fast shot. The engineer saw us and let out a few air horn blasts.

Re: Any Train Enthusiasts Out There?
It was a long heavy train. My guess is the four switcher engines and maybe others were being moved to another yard somewhere.
