If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Dan, that case is from around the 1930s. Came out of an old guy’s collection and cost me a small fortune. It’s not for sale right now.

Thanks John, but since you mentioned singin antiques, I do have this x-ray machine that has a singin skeleton X-ray attached to it!
My wife found the X-ray for me, after I found the old machine! Yep, she’s as messed up as me!!

Welcome back Perry. It's great to see you posting! Congrats on the antique store!
When you come out for the OKCA show in April bring a van with you so you can clean out some of the fine antiques (junk) in my shed and take them back with you!
I do have a few signs to let you might like; mostly tobacco related, Copenhagen, Kodiak, Zippo, ect.
They might be a little hard to get back on the airplane if you fly.

Welcome back, we've missed you around here! ::tu::

Howdy Perry.. bet ya had a busy summer putting that store together along with
all the concerts, touring, county fairs, etc. that goes on in the summer months.
Looks like as far as signage goes, them American Pickers guys got some competition
in the Nashville area !!!

Perry, I must admit, I did wonder, now and then, which you're more addicted to, the antiques or the knives. Looks like the antiques are winning. :)

One of my best friends can hardly get into his bedroom he has designated as his music room. The guitars have taken over. He has somewhere in excess of 60 now and that doesn't count the Amps, keyboards and speakers. Oh yeah, plus a set of drums. The guitars have started spilling over into the spare bedroom and the office. It's scary. He's getting to the place where he would rather tear them apart and fine tune them rather than play them. ::shrug:: I'll post pictures if I can find them.

Run 'em through the 'crop' feature on your phone before you post them. You don't have to actually crop them. There's something about running them through the feature that resets the tags to correct the orientation. ::shrug::

Thanks Jerry, guess I’m a bit lazy when it comes to pics anymore. I don’t have that many, maybe 20 or so guitars. I play all mine though! If I don’t play it, it moves on.

Besides pulling them apart and "fixing" them, John plays them but most of all, he just likes to say he has them. He has too much arthritis in his hands to play a lot like he used to.
