Absolutely! I love Sculley & Mulder. I had not read about the return?

There were a couple of books that gave some of the historical background on the stories that my wife bought me back in the day. Pretty interesting stuff. The series was always entertaining and I hope the new series comes close to the old one.

Fox & Scully were active AAPK members back in the day...

Read the saga written in right here on AAPK with Fox & Scully, some AAPK members who rarely stop by anymore, some more no longer with us in this realm, some have moved on to greater or lesser things, and some are still living among us!  ::paranoid::

I agree with Bryan's post on the 3rd page, someone needs to make this a televised documentary!

This really is part of AAPK lore! 10 or 12 years ago there were not nearly as many active members as there are now. Diehard AAPKers would read every post made on AAPK every day. It was a time of small but great beginnings. We all knew this could be the start of something big, we never realized how big!

Why do I drag up a topic that is over 11 years old?
Because I think it illustrates nicely the camaraderie, fun, friendship and good humor that many of us have shared over the last decade plus!

Like that show. And if you like that, listen to a Late Night Radio Show called "Coast-to-Coast AM" on KFI AM 640 with George Noory. Good stuff. ::paranoid::

Them TV peoples are running out of original ideas . . .

Saw an advert last night proclaiming the return of Roseanne with the original cast !
Didn't she stir up enough $#%$ the first time around . ::shrug::

I think that except for an occasional bright spot, TV is dying. I watch very little conventional TV. I'm more likely to watch some amateur on youtube than I am a very expensive to produce TV series. In general, I would rather watch old reruns than new shows. And, when I have the time, I would prefer to watch old movies than a TV series. As with all good things, the Sales & Marketing departments have ruined the television & movie industry. They are all now just vehicles for ad placement and merchandising. The story and the art are irrelevant.
