The man, and the team, and for that matter the conference, seem to have
an inordinate number of haters. Much like blatant racism, there is rarely any true reasoning behind the hate.

To call a man Satan just because he beats your team is , well, childish.
Maybe, just maybe, it is not his fault your team lost.
Maybe, just maybe, the man serves a higher purpose . . . . .

I hope the real gentlemen of this forum will spend a few minutes to learn something . . .

I read the link, its quite a story. Most of the members on this site have had loss and hardships in their lives and were able to overcome it. Yes, Sabin deserves praise for what he has done in his personal life, but he has the resources to do that. Most of us aren't in that position.
My point is and always will be that a team dosen't deserve a pass because they are well liked, or their coach does chairty work, they need to earn it. Georgia deserved to win and hopefully win win the Champship. My team Ohio State, didnt bother to get on the team bus for their two losses. There were other teams that deserved it more. Thats my point and i'm sticking to it! ftd

I'd like to, but Admin would probably delete it.The only top teams I had a problem with was Alabama. Even though i'm a diehard Buckeye fan I thought that there were more deserving teams. I say the teams that win there conference or have a high strength of schedule wins should be chosen, but not just because the coach or team is the fairhaired child of the BCS committee. ftd
