Miscellanious Videos That Don't Fit Anywhere Else

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

The Man In The Door.

Like me, you may have seen this one a time or two before and like me you may not be able to stop yourself from watching it one more time.

I know there has been some criticism and controversy over what is done to train horses to do this, but this is an interesting video of some beautiful horses.

Charlie,
A great story and well told. I always liked the Lone Ranger and was told once that no one ever got shot and died on his shows. His radio shows go way back, maybe into 1940s, certainly I heard them on my radio in the early 1950s. Not sure when the TV version kicked off or closed.

Their was 2 Lone Ranger actors. Clayton Moore and John Heart. We find an occasional re-run on TV and I have some tapes. Bob

"Aired on the ABC Television network from 1949 to 1957, with Clayton Moore in the starring role. Jay Silverheels, a member of the Mohawk tribe in Canada, played The Lone Ranger's American Indian companion Tonto. John Hart replaced Moore in the title role from 1952 to 1954, due to a contract dispute." (quote from Wikipedia)

The radio series began in 1933 and ran until 1954, with possibility that some re-runs may have been aired after that.

I suspected as much. Otherwise, who is running the camera? I still thought it was funny, tho.

Always enjoyed Red Skelton. He was more of a clown than a comedian.

He did an annotated version of The Pledge of Allegiance that was quite good.

Both those truck trains and large object movers are pretty amazing.
Must be a little tough to parallel park the truck train... :)
