Well you can but it has to be in the winter. I suggest Florida or Hawaii. (I just can't help myself folks. They haven't been able to figure out how my brain works or more to the point, why.)

Me and my grandson. An 11 year old not afraid of a little hard work.
19°, wind at 17mph, feels like 4°.
Had about 7" of snow.
