A little levity, for the times. Anyone else got one of these. I've had mine 3-4 years and so far, it has held up well. It's basically a pump action airgun that shoots a small "shotgun spray" of table salt. You have to be within about a foot, of a fly, to take one out. It's about as much fun as one can have on the back porch. Once you pull this out, you'll wish there were more flies around.

I love it!!
I am gonna have to find me one of those!
Looks like FUN!!!
.
This time of year we have a hoard of carpenter bees attacking us..... I wonder if it would take out one of those guys?

Maybe, if they've landed. Kinda hard to hit things, while they're flying...even if it is a shotgun.

Gdogg, it feels good, haven’t had any issues. Don’t believe it will shoot like that great ol’ S&W you’re showing! I wouldn’t try deer hunting with a SCCY but I would with that 66. I suppose it’s a.357?
I’d trade with you, no questions asked.

A GUN IN THE HAND IS BETTER THAN A COP ON THE PHONE.
That is a very fine and refined revolver. I have the original 66 which couldn't quite handle a steady .357 diet. The superlative gunner and writer Massad Ayoob was unwelcome to visit the S&W premises for a few years because he pointed out the weakness. That issue was overcome years ago.
I'm playing with attaching pics from my camera instead of using my phone. Hoping to get better quality! The Kimber has an Ed Brown barrel and the stags on it were given to me by my wife on my 50th birthday. I've since redone it and will post a pic of it's completed status.
The Springfield started life an a Mil Spec model and I fitted a match grade barrel, all new internals and fitted a beavertail grip safety then had the frame hard cromed and the slide re blued. I've had this pistol for 30 years and after thousands of rounds the finish was gone from use and holster wear so the re build was done over a period of time.
The 1911 was my passion for years, it's the pistol I shoot best!

TF a buddy of mine has a 2nd gen SCCY and she is running flawlessly good carry size.Yes .357 mag with .38+p she shot well to 25 yds,Magnums to 50yds nice tight groups. Thanx QS I've hard that I'll mostly put .38P+ thru it,with magnums she's a bit snappier but manageable.
Thanx Mike they are the ones I shoot the best, one of my friends is a Dan Wesson guy and he loves shooting mine.Although when I got rid of my 642. I replace it with a LCR and never looked back ::shrug::FRJ she looks like she handle s it well.I'll tell ya the 365 will be my next CCW.
Thank you, dogg.
Yeah, that 365 is a fine little hand gun.I must have shot a box through it at an indoor range awhile back.
3 different bullet types. It does not hesitate.
This is one of those projects that has been on the list for a long time. With the additional time available now it finally got done today. It is an old west style shoulder holster for my Uberti Bisley 5 1/2" single action. This is the old west style in that the first shoulder holsters used in the late 1800s were simply belt holsters adapted to a harness to carry the gun under the arm. When drawing the weapon, it is necessary to lift the gun straight up until the barrel clears before bringing it forward. Later and modern shoulder holsters have spring metal parts to retain the gun and allow drawing the gun by pulling straight forward and down. I went with a dark brown basket weave design, with the lower holster part made from 8-9oz. leather, and the upper from a thinner and softer split leather to conform to the shape of the shoulder. Also shown is the book, "Packing Iron" which has a gold mine of pictures and info on old west holsters from some of the biggest collections in the country. I wore it most of the day today and to the gunclub and it seems to work well.
