New here.

Post by Dmath86 »

Hey recently started to collect. It's extremely addicting lol. I bought a bunch of nice pocket knives at a garage sale. The only one I'm having problems finding is this very long skinny knives I've never seen before. Only marking on blade is NDERES.

Lots of great knife info here, and it is addictive given that there is so much to choose from, with modern or historical knives. Always make sure you do your research first! 😉 And ::welcome:: to AAPK.

Welcome aboard, it is addictive. Most of us here have more knives than we can ever use. But we just can't stop!

Welcome to AAPK. Your “very long skinny” knife is a pattern that was made by many different companies. Those having a single blade are typically called a “toothpick”, also sometimes known as a “Saturday night special”. The blade on yours has been substantially sharpened down, which has significantly changed its original shape. Here’s a picture of a version made by Case, but your knife would have looked similar when new.
