Introduction

Post by wstreefrog »

Hello!

Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I've been collecting knives like a magpie for years now...you know...something shiny catches my eye, I get it, then sell it later. However, various slip joint knives seem to stick in my collection, and get carried and used much more frequently. Lately, I've been gravitating towards US made vintage slippies. I've dipped my toe in with a couple of Camillus, a few Colonials (specifically three-spring stockmen), and, of course, Case.

As I've gone deeper down the rabbit hole, I find myself using this forum as a resource. I figured I should go ahead and join, and start participating in the discussion. I've got a LOT to learn, so forgive any stupid questions I may ask.

I think next on my list to research are two-bladed jack knives...I guess it never ends!
