Hello from Michigan
Hello from Michigan
I'm new to this board, but not to pocket-knives...I've been carrying one with me almost everywhere since I was 12. This year, I decided that since I have a compulsion to collect stuff, why not collect something useful? It started with Swiss Army knives, and I got my first Case knives today. Other brands might find their way into my collection, too. Looking forward to learning more, and glad I've happened upon this site.

to AAPK Dan. Spend time and look around all the different forums here and you will find a lot of very good knife information and history. There are some very good people here that know a lot about knives and are willing to share.

Thanks, gentlemen! My time here has been brief, but I've already learned quite a bit and will doubtless learn much more.
David, what was your rating? I was an AD3 when I left the Navy.

I told a little about my service (after reading other members' stories). Thanks for steering me towards that thread.

I have a nickname for her, but I'm a little hesitant to repeat it.
