Welcome Erwin! Glad to have you here at AAPK.

Swing guards are one of my favorite knives as well. I am partial to the Canal Street Cutlery variety, although they closed their factory last year. I have about 6 or 8 different handled ones and always looking to add to them when I can find any.

Pull up a seat and gather round the site....lots of great folks here that just love to talk knives and there is a wealth of knowledge her as well.

Welcome to AAPK, Erwin! ::handshake:: Your username, "bigbore", does that refer to large a caliber firearm or large, cubic inch V-8 engines? :)
