Would this be one of the earliest Napanoch knives with this punch blade? Tang stamped APPLIED FOR.

Someone should be able to ID that punch, as to manufacturer.

William Carman was the Inventor , the patent was filed on 12-24-1907 , and was granted on 4-07-08 . Patent # US884,350.
