It says it comes with instructions for storing and caring for meteorite. For that price I would hope that it would be indestructable ::shrug::

But when I looked at it on the website, I was offered a $5-off coupon. That makes the price a lot more reasonable.

$100 for the knife and $9,195 for the "certificate of authenticity"!

You can make your own for a lot less: https://www.meteorites-for-sale.com/

We all live on a big rock floating in space. If a piece of the Earth were to fly off and land on Mars, that worthless hunk of Earth rock would now be a priceless meteorite to a Martian rock collector... ::sotb::

Actually, although I don't know a darn thing about geology, I do like looking at rocks and I think meteorites are very cool, but they aren't really super rare. Because they often (but not always) contain iron, they can be found with metal detectors, and because the meteorites tend to break-up as they fall, they will often be found scattered in a wide area around wherever one fragment is found. Common areas to look for them are large empty expanses of land, like deserts & plains. Fun fact: long before humans figured out how to smelt iron from ore, they were working iron from meteors.
