I was at a flea market in New Hampshire today and found a straight razor for $2. It was dirty but I hit it with NEVR-DULL and FLITZ and it cleaned up fine. It has an ivory-colored celluloid handle and is marked "GEBR. KRONEN" (for Gebruder Kronen or Brothers Kronen) and "MADE IN SOLINGEN GERMANY."
For you razor collectors it is nothing special but I thought perhaps a new member just getting started might enjoy it. If you are an AAPK member with ten or fewer forum posts and would like this razor just respond and then send me an email or PM with your mailing address and I'll send it along. If you are outside the U.S. please reimburse me for postage once you receive it (PayPal, Venmo, whatever).
