I bought a bag of assorted knives, and it had a pair like the one pictured Can anyone tell me what they are?

Tongue depressor, rare green color.

???

Are there blades ? Or is it just a piece of green plastic or wood ?

Flip and slide would make sense.
Just can't really tell what it is from the lone pic.
