My post was firmly tongue in cheek, I'd wanted to try this and bought 3 packs of paracord over a year ago. Friend Scott had bomb me with some that he'd made some time ago and got me thinking I'd like to try it. I'd actually done this in cub scouts some 65 years ago and actually enjoyed it. We didn't have paracord of course we used plastic cord.
Re: Corner of Lanyard Lane & Sheath Street
I gave a couple to some guys at work. One of them said he had made some many years ago with the smaller wires inside of electrical wires. Might be cool also I think but not very flexibel.bighomer wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 3:02 pmMy post was firmly tongue in cheek, I'd wanted to try this and bought 3 packs of paracord over a year ago. Thanks JTX I'm enjoying messing with it, I Probably will never be in you class with my ole arthritic hands and attention span, but the basic stuff is fun.

Thanks buddy.
Re: Corner of Lanyard Lane & Sheath Street
I've been trying to find a source of those old pocket knife chains that used to come with boys knives
Re: Corner of Lanyard Lane & Sheath Street
Not sure what chains you mean but there are often pocket watch chains on eBay. Might find something that works for you there.

Re: Corner of Lanyard Lane & Sheath Street
I've got a "Ball and Chain" that's been attached to my legs for 27 years now .
Don't think it will work well on a pocket knife.
