Very cool! I'd like to get into that hobby.

I used my Sod Buster Jr. to shred some paper yesterday. The Skinner blade is a great slicer.

I used my Spyderco the other day to cut a nice fresh tomato.

Used my trusty $5.00 Ozark Trail EDC sheath knife to <<<very carefully>>> pry broken glass shards out of the glazing frame of a broken sash window.

Will inspect the knife later for any edge repair work needed, lol....

Maybe I'm wrong, but that looks like it was a fast and easy project. Looks like a lot of fun, too. I might have to get a Seahorse Whittler and some paint!

After the trip to the cemetery today, the wife texted her sister to see if there was any rhubarb ready for cutting. She said "sure is come and get it". Good thing I had a bag in the car and the trusty Buck 482 in my pocket. Looks like some tasty strawberry/rhubarb pie or cake in my future.

My workhorse Sod Buster Jr. (which has acquired the nickname "Junior") was use for mundane but worthwhile tasks: opening a box that contained more knives, and cutting up a piece of old T-shirt to wrap Old Crafty in.

Looks deeeeeeeeeeelicious, Ivoryman! ::nod::

Tonight I cut my baked chicken with a Case 6202 1/2 that's about the same age as me. It was up for the task. ::tu:: We also watch Andy Griffith while eating dinner.

You found a good and clever use for the marlinspike, so it wasn't all bad.

Certain formulations of gear oil give off an odor I am not at all fond of. The Buck looks good, though; it's a Stockman, right?

Yessir. Model 301 stockman.

I’ve been swimming in grease and oil for so many years I don’t even notice the odor anymore. :wink:
