After all these years it's still a worthy little knife.
Thanks for showing it here, Richard.

Beautiful Catt, John! ::tu:: As you said, lovely bone on a small package.
Nice additions to the thread Ryan and Richard.
Here is a Keen Kutter. I took a photo with the dime for scale to show how delicate a little package these knives are.

That knife is exquisite, Dan. Such a little beauty. I love the little bar shield.
You really spruced up the thread with that one. Thank you.

Reviving this thread for probably just a very brief moment. This "tuxedo" knife was one out of a group of three knives that I bought. Bought for one particular knife. This knife is not that particular knife. This knife is tang stamped STAIN (over) LESS (over) JAPAN and it has two blades. It measures 2 1/2" closed and 5 1/4" with both blades open. It needed no cleaning. I took a few pictures and here is the knife.

Not a bad looking Tuxedo Skip. The handles reminds me of some of the dark red sandalwood handles that were used on some Parker Cut Co knives made in Seki Japan.

Unless I missed it, hard to believe no one posted a Case Tuxedo yet. Well, here's my one and only -156 from 2011 LP in Cayenne bone, a Camillus 49 and having a hard time identifying the smallest one . . . M?RS UNION CUTLERY CO. Couldn't find a match in Goins. ::shrug::

Thanks for posting your nice knives, redrider.
I have a MFRS Union Cutlery Co. too.
I found this information in Goin's under Union.

I just got a slightly larger version in the POS exchange. 3 1/8" closed, imitation Mother of Pearl handles, same "STAIN (over) LESS (over) JAPAN" tang stamp, but also note an added "P.C." tang stamp. I would say it's a safe guess to bet both came from the same factory.

Thanks, Joe! By the way, which page is that on? I've been through Goins' book several times and cannot find it. Or maybe I have the wrong edition? ::shrug::

I think that's my problem, my edition only goes up to page 272. 😔
