Lewisburg, PA two day show

Postby Gunsil » Sat Feb 17, 2018 2:23 am

Just a note to remind folks that the Keystone Blade Association will be holding their annual two day show Sat. and Sun. Feb. 24th and 25th. This has been a pretty good show with all tables sold out every year. I will be there with two tables of antique fixed blades and folders and I know a few guys from N.Y. and PA who will attend although not with tables. I hope to meet folks from here that I haven't already met and see those I have. Always a great place to show and tell and talk knives!! The show is at the Best Western/Kountry Kupboard in Lewisburg, PA, starts at 9AM both days.

Got to go to the Lewisburg PA knife show today. It was nice to meet members Gene( gunsil) and Steve (steve99f). Talked a bit with Gene who has a nice selection of older folders and fixed blades. Bought my first Southington Cutlery Co. jack from Gene. Found a nice Case 35 1/2 bone handled jack from another vender. Used up my allowance for the the month but came home happy. :D

Keep your edge sharp, otherwise you just can't cut it. Mind and blade. :D

I enjoyed meeting bladebuddy Steve and seeing Gene again. Nice 35 pick up Steve. I managed to snag a Case 9 dot copperhead with red bone handles from one of the dealers and a red bone Case Outers style fixed blade from Gene. Many nice knives to see. Crappy weather but the show was worth the the trip.

And the Country Cupboard restaurant there on site was a treat.
