Re: humor thread?
I'll give it to him... It IS the only one I've ever seen in 4 months of collecting.
I also just did a google search that took about 90 seconds, and I didn't find a single one.
He might be correct!

I've seen about half a dozen on ebay this year, and one even became mine. It is sort of rare, but not like he's saying.

The Air Force has the best chow halls in the military. But why? Because they need all their energy to fly drones?
Re: humor thread?
I've been trying for several minutes to come up with something funny to type in response but this is just way too sad.
The BS is just getting way too deep.
Just think of the number of people in the country who fall for this kinda crap.
Maybe the guy really thinks he has "the rarest Schrade knife ever produced".
If so he obviously has done ZERO research.
If not, well then, he's either a liar/thief or fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down.
hey... that's kinda funny... right?
wait... any idea what the most valuable USA Schrade would be?

Re: humor thread?
Quite a few of these were sold after Schrade closed their doors. Rarity does not always equate to a high value. A Schrade collector may find them of interest but not at that crazy price, even divided by 10 would be high.

Re: humor thread?
That thar be good humor alright; thanks for sharing! I am always tempted to 'educate' these knucklehead sellers; every time that I have attempted to do so has resulted in unpleasantries. Once in awhile I forget and try again, but these attempts are getting farther apart and maybe someday I will have finished learning the lesson.
