Great .45 John.

Thank you Paul, a local shop owner that I'm friends with let me know when this Remington came in the shop, this Remington was heavily used and most likely saw a lot of action. It has WW2 rebuild marks from both Rock Island and Springfield Armory and has an early WW2 Remington Rand replacement slide. Was not used since its last rebuild.

How 'bout a Mark I? SN 10-51287, probably shipped in 1970. And the knife, a Tidioute #748117 Stallion with 1095 & ebony:

1967redrider wrote: Mon Dec 05, 2016 12:13 am After doing a search and looking at 50+ pages, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. Basically this thread is dedicated to knives made by or inspired by the firearms businesses. Old or new, folders or fixed blades, if you have pictures of knives paired with firearms post them here.

My first example is this new CRKT Go-N-Heavy Compact folder and one of the first pistols I ever bought- a Ruger Mark II Government Target model.

I know others have posted knife/firearms pairs elsewhere but I'm hoping to create a centralized thread. Post away! ::tu:: ::tu::
Hey I got a Ruger Mark II 50 year anniversary Red label .22 would like to pair up with that knife! you sell'em? or who does in AAPK?

I don't sell knives, but Amazon has the Compact like mine;

https://www.amazon.com/Go-N-Heavy-Compa ... =8-1-fkmr2

And the full sized one;

https://www.amazon.com/Ruger-Go-N-Heavy ... =8-2-fkmr0

Hope this helps! ::tu::

Steve, garddogg’s right. And you don’t have to worry about getting carried away & letting off a magazine of 50 rounds of high-dollar ammunition in a few seconds, either.

Thank you Gents!

New here... is there a "Like" button or something similar on this forum? Also, how come my pix are posting at such low quality? I enlarge them and they look like crap! Thanx again!

Sorry, no LIKE button. There was a discussion about that some time back. Bottom line most people felt it gave people an easy out and discouraged conversation, which is what drives a forum.

I see no quality degradation when I enlarge your pics ::shrug:: ; sharp, clear, look good.
