That is a mighty fine looking knife Jerry, love the colors in the bone. Some orange bone handles loom kinda garish, but that one is just right.

Got a package from Mom the other day. It included 9 pocket knives, two license plates, three boxes of Pop--Tarts, Peanut Butter Candy, Velveeta Cheese, and some Ranch powder packages. Wanted to thank some people here in this thread. Some of these things were "Bombs", & some were not but I know no other thread that is better for sharing and showing thanks so I will show them here.

First off, just a few group pictures before I go into more details. ::tu::
Cooooooooool mom Dude, she should be sainted. That is a great bomb for sure. Congrats.

Yesterday afternoon, my trip to the post office produced this item. It was completely unexpected, but VERY much appreciated. It is a hand carved Grinch Christmas ornament. ::tu:: ::tu::
A VERY special thank you goes out to Coley (C-WADE7) for this thoughtful and most generous gift.

Does a birthday gift from a (non-knifer) friend count as a "Bomb"? If so, this Spyderco Endura 4 with individually hand-painted "Zome" glow in the dark covers is a doozy. The gifter said he had ordered a Delica since he knows that is the model I prefer, but this Endura is what I got and I am perfectly happy with it (I already have enough Delicas and I've been wanting another Endura since giving away my last two). I admit it's a bigger knife than I prefer to EDC, but it's also such a cool knife I am glad to have one. And, the glow in the dark feature is pretty cool too.

We are all just prisoners here of our own device.
In the master's chamber they gather for the feast.
They stab it with their steely knives but they just can't kill the beast.

Very nice! An Endura 4 was my gateway drug into the world of Spyderco addiction. You don't have this problem over there in paradise, but here where it still get cold...those big spydercos are nice because you can still open/use them with gloves on.

I like those scales too! ::tu::

ROFL. Iknkw what you mean. I like that idea about sharpening the sides. It can be your King Fo Alox Clipboard. Shoot, in the states your could sell them as “Tactical Alox Clipboards”!
