Randy, it was kismet. I picked up two cross peen hammers a few years ago, intending to do some knife work. But like most plans these days, the enthusiasm petered out before the plan came to fruition. I saw your post and immediately knew where that hammer's rightful home was. On top of that, I had the perfect box for it. I've been looking for someone to drop a bomb on and finally found a target. I did a trade with a gentleman and found a note with the knife I got. He told me that he collects Barlows with his daughter. Now that is really cool! He also sent me a neat tin, as seen in the pic below.

When My granddaughter went away to college I bought her a small one like that to carry with her keys. I also got her one that is three times the size and has a skull crusher pommel on it. Good protection, blindingly bright! Those university campuses can be dangerous places at night..... Great bomb Jerry!
