All these nice looking canoes have inspired me. Schatt & Morgan toasted stag canoe with a clip blade instead of the spear blade you normally see.

I finally found a factory production Wharnoe...and just as Queen is shutting down (so sad!). The only other factory made Canoe with a Wharncliffe blade that I have ever seen is Charlie's white two-blade Buck. (Which I wouldn't mind seeing again if Squatch feels like posting it again.)

Thanks, Squatch. Is that Buck ivory, by any chance? That one really turns my crank. Wish I could find one for sale. In the meantime, I'll have to be satisfied with looking at the photo of yours. Thanks for showing it again...that's my favorite one of your entire fleet.

The handle material was listed as fossil mastodon ivory.

I've gotten better at photography since I shot the picture of the Buck, I'll have to get a better one of it.
