I'm not Squach but that's a Colonial cigar jack. If I had to guess the vintage I'd put it in the 1950s-60s range.

Charlie, got any closer info? :D

It is indeed a Colonial, Prov. USA cigar jack. I believe you are also correct on the era, most likely the '60s. I found it at a flea market a few years ago. It had seen a lot of use but was still a good EDC.

Thanks Squach, that's a good one of rotted log yourself. Hard to beat Mother Nature's backdrops.

Very cool.
I saw your color version of this pic.
I do like the B&W a bit more.
Nicely done!

Thank you gentlemen! I have just been taking the camera along when I walk the dog and whatever knife I'm carrying gets its picture taken a couple of times. When I get home I check out the photos I took and if there is one I like.....it gets posted here. I get some good shots of a goofy dog too! :D

Great knife, great picture, and that mushroom is amazing. Is that one you eat? Don't worry about the tape, like callouses on a working man's hands.

Those two come from a good family. I especially like the yellow handle one. It has tenure.
