That stag is on fire Rookie, looks like hot coals against that mossy ground.
I like the work break photo of your knives Sasquach, well done.

I snapped a couple pics between other projects today.

Balows and Stockmans, the workin' man's knives. Anyone who works around a garden or garage has need for either of those knives, great lookin' blades and pics BTW. The other necessary pattern is a good solid lockback and that Queen certainly fits the bill.

Any trip into the weeds in my backyard needs at the very least a good lock back and a way to stat a fire. Large Chris Reeves Sebenza double lug 21 with Ebony inlays and my old Marble Match safe with compass.

Mike, like your original and interesting placement. I think the 1st photo has the better "distance" if you know what I mean. Nice. ::tu::

Here's one more from today's walkabout...
Something about the stump and the moss and the ferns sitting there alongside the trail called out to me for a knife pic

Thanks Tony for the nice comments! The bottom HSB OVB came up on EBay a few months ago as a BIN at a very reasonable price and I snagged it quickly! In very high grade condition. Blades don't show any use. Was thrilled to get it ::nod:: Lloyd

It's the first "dogleg teardrop" (for lack of a better term) I've ever seen. Looks like you really scored on it! ::tu::

Scott, great old knives, what happened to the scales on the TL-29, looks like homemade jigging, also what are the handles made from?

Duffer, great pic, great knives but if I'd have my druthers and could only pick one, the dogleg jack with pinched bolsters does it the best for me ;)

Thanks MH for the nice comment! I agree with you the dogleg or serpentine teardrop jack is my favorite HSB folder especially with the "OVB" engraved in the cap end bolster.

Great photo of a classic and timeless CR ::tu:: What model is that? Lloyd

Fantastic pics fellas!
I know the composition on this pic is nothing special, but I like how the morning light brings out the jigging and color in the bone on this Case

Here are a couple more pics I snapped in the past couple weeks, the second of which I borrowed a pose from the Mad H's playbook with flowers in the backround. ::nod::
