The utility knife is stamped Walden on the cap lifter but all other stamps ground off. The main blade is lightly over-stamped "Eagle Phila."
Can you shed and light on it?

Eagle bought seconds and restamped them eagle. Hope this helps. ::handshake::

The boot knife was cheap and cool, so I got it. :)
Ken, between 1875 and 1943 a guy named George Creutzberg bought seconds and wholesale knives from various companies including New York Knife company and restamped them with his company name to resell. I believe he dealt with only good quality knives and they have become collectible on their own. He was out of Phil. Pa.___Dave

Two advertising knives:one single blade USA(probably Colonial)and a Colonial 2 blade serpentine both with old Detroit business names.$5 for both of them.
Another advertising knife(Lake Motor Freight Lines)that looks like a Camillus serpentine with a California clip blade stamped,"Trade Mark SAMCO Nashville" Anyone ever heard the name before? A new one on me.$5
Also a pearl handled butter knife marked Ovington Brothers Brooklyn which was a company that specialized in fine china and kitchen cutlery around 1900.$2.
I've got a samco K7K my wife bought it severl years ago at a yard sale for a quarter. It has a man's name on it. Sanders mfg has been in business for over ninety years . They are listed in Goins second edition.

If you look on the what are you carrying thread you'll see a Queen City trapper with jigged yellow Delrin that I was packing yesterday. I received it from my wife for Christmas this past year. It's hands down one of the best knives I've ever had! ::tu::

Yes sir. I think those Collectors Knives Queens maybe the underpriced deals of the year right now. Fantastic knives.

They are. CK still shows one trapper pattern (black cherry delrin) and two Copperheads. One with red wood and one with black wood. I had a red wood copperhead and the F&F was great. Sold it off to buy other knives. Might have to get another just because. ::tu::
