A belt carries the weight of 4 just fine. ::hmm:: Add some suspenders & I could carry 6-8 easy! :lol: ::super_happy:: Think I'm going knife nuts right now. ::dang:: ::shrug:: :lol:
How could you carry those, too, Tom?
::hmm:: Good Question! ::shrug::

Seems like there's always room for one more with you, Tom! ::tu::
Keep it up, you'll be carryin' twice that many knives and needin' a belt AND suspenders to keep yer britches in place!! :lol:

I have the yellow brother (George Washington) to that one, but don't use it. These you can obviously tell were made by Imperial, and not Schrade as they're just not solid like an 8OT feels, but they're still pretty decent knives.

Thanks Tom.

Skip, I have to carry it in a special back sling, similar to a quiver for arrows, but much, much larger.
Quite the leg workout hauling it around! :wink:

Cody, I agree that this doesn't quite have the more substantial feel of a Schrade. Yet I think they did a good job of putting it together.

Tom, this patriotic series has the name of a different patriot for each knife. On the master blade an eagle carries a banner reading Nathan Hale 1755-1776. Nathan Hale, a martyr of the revolution. Before he was hung by the British he said, "I regret that I have but one life to give for my country." Only 21 years old, but had abundant character. On the shield the banner reads "one life to give."

Joe, am I correct in thinking your Schrade has been custom modified. If it hasn't been customized/modified then it is about the most beautiful Schrade I have encountered. Very much like the bolster treatment and the covers which appear to me to be micarta. ::tu::

Joe's awesome modded Schrade lockback was sold to him at best offer by Jeff F. of Second Life Knives who is doing a series of benefit best-price knife sales to benefit AAPK. I believe he is the knife artisan who upgraded that Schrade.

Joe's Schrade was the first knife sold and can be seen in the sale thread here:

Yes, Quick Steel, it is modified by Jeffinn.
He offered it on his thread; Best offer sale knife #1.
I had the highest offer and won the knife. I got it today.
The covers are (I think) canvas Micarta.
It is a beauty.
Thanks.
