I agree, and the attention to detail is what sets them apart in my mind. Whatever is worth doing at all, is worth doing well.Steamboat Willie wrote: ↑Wed Jun 16, 2021 10:59 pmThose GEC guys know how it’s done, that’s for sure!
St. John Chapter 1
...12 But as many as received him (Jesus), to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God...

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God...

Thank you Dan and Steamboat Willie.

I especially like the Robeson and I do carry a Benchmade every day.

I worked summers with my uncle and he carried an Old Timer stockman. I used that knife a lot during those times. Most of my small collection are stockman and my EDC is as well. Bought a pair used for about $45, cleaned them up and they’re like new. Here’s the one I carry daily.

Likewise. It's always nice to see such great carriers. Once again, excellent knives, one and all!
In an effort to put another smile on Paul's face, here are my current carriers. The Camillus 27 has been a fixture in my pocket since I received it, and today is no exception. The little emerald Victorinox Classic SD is carried around my neck. Old Crafty wanted some pocket time, too, so I obliged.

Packin’ this Oakedge senator today. I’m loving these English knives. So much personality and charm.

I vote attractive knife as well. I also am unfamiliar with the brand.
Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Thanks guys. The knife was actually made by Arthur Wright & Son, but it’s marketed and sold by Oakedge. The tang stamp reads “Sheffield Handmade England”.

geo, nice wood on your Queen. I am drooling just a little over your Colonel Coon Barlow. Simple, but very clean, very good looking.

Thank you, sir. I think I got some good light for the wood on both knives. Can't beat good luck.Quick Steel wrote: ↑Fri Jun 18, 2021 12:07 pm geo, nice wood on your Queen. I am drooling just a little over your Colonel Coon Barlow. Simple, but very clean, very good looking.
