It's an Ontario RAT Model 1, Taiwan-made but solid as a rock. I've waxed effusive about these knives before. This particular one is the O8848CB, it's got a combo (partially-serrated) AUS-8 blade coated in black. I think all the Taiwan-made RAT folders are in AUS-8. Amazing value for the dollar (all my RAT-1s have come at an under $30 price point shipped), very well-built workhorse OHO. Here it is open-ish from an earlier photo:

Thanks for the input Tsar. Taiwan makes very rugged knives including many Cold Steel. AUS 8 is a favorite of mine because it is easy to sharpen and can produce edges of superior sharpness all the while keeping costs down.
