Didn't you read the fine print. It says "Thou shall not covet, except for knives.

The theology is gettin' a little deep here for this ol' Southern Baptist but I've heard the sayin', "Confession is good for the soul.", well let me confess. I was guilty of covetousness when I saw that #18 Queen that Royal posted right after midnight! ::facepalm:: An ol' pastor used to tell us it is a matter of the heart. He continued by sayin', "So when you see something that catches your eye don't say I want that one, say, I want one like it." This little smilie, ::drool:: , really expresses my feeling most of the time when I see all the wonderful old knives folks are able to share with us. ::tu::

I'm enjoying the picture show of all the fine knives you guys are carrying and enjoying the banter about 'coveting' many of them. I too am guilty of the same but from now on I'll adopt Tree Farmers policy of just wanting one just like 'em, wise words. :)
Well I packed these three today and actually used one a few times as I do most days. I packed the extras just to keep the one from being lonely.

It's funny how "back to work" conjures into mind the venerable Buck lockback, garddogg. I spelled my EDC two-dot with this wickedly sharp hunk of 420HC after Irma and it hasn't left the hip or hand since...

Here it is the day after the storm, checking the damage to some older trees in the neighborhood. Joined by Case and Cold Steel stainless on a day that turned out to be bone dry. ::facepalm:: See if you can spot them in the wider angle.

Kept the 110 on the belt today to reopen the office and cut away some interesting brush and debris, added Boker and Case for Wooden Wednesday.

I am a creature of habit but I get bored easily so I like to switch things up. Here is what I've been carrying lately; In order from the top down is a GEC Northfield UN-X-LD that I got here in a great trade here on AAPK several years ago, a beautiful little Henckels, and my William Henry. So many knives so little time!
