Action's smooth, but next to no closing snap. Very much like another Gerber I carry from time to time:

The Classic takes a good edge and is exceedingly slim in pocket, however, so it has its upsides.

This is a Tiny Toothpick recently gifted to me by our good friend Gary Kennedy. I'd never thought I'd buy this pattern but much to my surprise I'm quite smitten. Nor have I had a single knife always in my pocket. But with Tiny I've resolved to carry it every day and make it a true Pocket-worn knife.

S2K,

A Tiny Toothpick hides in your pocket so it's always there. And I always find one useful, even though I usually tote something bigger, too.

I completely agree! It was issued by case as part of a multi-pattern set in a display. Full sets are available online for about $800 or so.

Fully agree geocash. ::tu:: The Toothpick is in fact quite interesting. I think the curved backspring requires some skill to do properly. And the blade is usefully long in such a compact package.

I really do think the Anza might be your spirit knife, Scott.

Love the green & yellow sawcut Delrin knives from Camillus, QS. I have a couple Remington-stamped Barlows from the Heritage collection plus a 4 1/4" Remington stockman with a bunch of notable nuggets, including the muskrat clip main blade (almost never see those on big stock knives) and the fact that it seems to have a model # stamp from a totally different knife on it. When I got it, the pile-side "sawcut" had been melted flat likely due to a miscalculation in knife display, so it went into the carry rotation and hasn't let me down. That slim 'rat clip along with a big broad large stockman sheepsfoot make for quite the blade combo.

Every so often I forget just how much I love the patented Queen "offset Barlow" pattern of yore. Then I carry one of mine and I'm reminded how cool they are. Not sure if any design snaps as crisply or authoritatively as this one does for the size.
