Side by Side Comparison of Authentic vs. Reproduction
Heres a pair of Remington cutlery thermometers. The one on the left is a current reproduction, it has a painted on finish. The one on the right is authentic, it has a porcelain finish. If you look closely, the even numbers on the thermometer are on the left on the authentic vs on the right on the reproduction. If anyone has one for sell or runs across one at a auction or sale, keep me in mind. I would be interested in another.

Good morning RC ,
I can do & remember that. Visit more antique shops than knife, but I do see more KO's there. PM me your dollar range.
Could I get your opinion on a couple of Remington items?
One is a cardboard display card and the other is a porcelain sign. I can post the images here if you like.

The top, I believe is modern maybe early 1980's or so. Or I got it from Blue Ridge back then. But it is porcelain, notice the nail holes how they are protected by brass rings.
The cardboard display is inside a picture frame. There is a ruler at the bottom. I have had it for as long as I can remember. Looks like it is made to stand up in a box.
Not concerned about $ value so to say, just want to make sure there are right or any history.
Thanks,
