This gunshow was a little disappointing. ::td:: I seen some good looking knives, but most of the people didn't bother to keep the boxes with their knives. There really wasn't anything there that I had to have or wanted in the gun market anyway. I did manage to score a Pocket Worn Mini Trapper though. I also traded a couple of medium Stockmans for a Hen & Rooster Stockman wich reminded me of a peacock. I gave that one to my Dad, thought it would give him something to take to work and show his buddies. ::tu::

as the ole saying goes, never enough, but probably one more than I need? Check this new aquisition out, I bought Dad one for his birthday, and my rule is, if I like it I get one too, so I wont covet his. I know it isn't really a mini trapper, but it is a jack of sorts. 2009 series XIX Schatt and Morgan by Queen Cutlery, 1 of 600 produced. I am kinda stoked about it.

Well, Dad never trades any of his good knives, so he will carry anything new we get him to show it off, then will put it back in the box and go back to his regulars. I have a NIB case mini trapper and a double I carry that my wife bought me. but my new Schatts and Morgan I carried, and I have a Henckles I have carried but the rest of mine stay put up. I know what you mean though, they are meant to be carried but again they are sooo collectable.

Knice coupla Midi traps Mr. Monk.

That was the riddle I was attempting to present,
according to Case ALL three of those are chestnut.
Top one is good ole #00013 from the late 90s real chestnut.

Two smoothies are #06705 an unannounced Christmas '09 short run 'Chestnut'.
Has 2008 tang date, comes with 2009 ornament.

I agree the middle one do look like a ready to eat chunk of salmon.
Backsides are a lot closer to same shade.

XXcutlery had one left if anyone wants a smoothie salmonut 6207. ($34.95)

I'm blaming ~Q~, cause he's the one that got me hooked on Mini-Trapper Crack.
