Moore Maker Texas Trapper in blue bone, and a Bear & Son Damascus Trapper in yellow bone.
Not perfect twins, but you can definitely find common DNA.
Love the Texas trapper shields. Nice pair!

Be careful of the candy stripe. It appears it is starting to outgas.

In the master's chamber they gather for the feast.
They stab it with their steely knives but they just can't kill the beast.

That, my friend, stands for Amber Carved Stag Bone, one of Queen's premiere signature handle materials. Queen made it better than any other knife company, IMHO. Their other signature handle material being Winterbottom Bone. Other companies have attempted to copy both, but none of them were anywhere near as nice as Queen's.

Here's an example of some nice Winterbottom Bone (not Delrin, mind you, which Queen also used quite a bit, especially in their later years instead of genuine bone).

Very nice pair of Buck knives you have there, Tom. ::tu:: Not the typical version I normally see of that pattern. 8)

Added a Queen Copperhead ACSB #41L to pair up with the ACSB #41 that Lansky1 modded for me.
(Notice that in addition to a liner lock, the #41L has a smaller shield and the nail nick in a slightly different location compared to the #41)

I'm thinking of rounding up all my ACSB knives for a group shot one of these days. ::hmm:: ::nod::

I started at page 1 on this thread, by page two I was thinking of a poker game.
I got a nice pair, I got a higher pair, well I got 4 of a kind...and then one of you pulled out 11.
LoL

Seriously though, some nice examples.

Turned around and saw these, I suppose it's more of a set than a pair but I'll run with the crowd.
Some fun old Kampers and Super Kampers.

Two pair beats one pair. Good looking group, like a good scout and those are beauties. ::tu::
