Any information on this custom maker: D.R.C.?

I recently inherited this knife,and I'm trying to get information on who made it. It came in a black leather sheath. Thanks in advance for any help/information you can provide.

Welcome Mr. Wilson. I don't know anything about your knife except that it is a knice looking one. Hopefully someone will be along who has some knowledge of the maker. Thanks for the pic. ::tu::
