Thank you, Floyd! I often work a little bit in the basement, but with the equipment available, the work goes slowly. Angle grinder and 250 watt hobby belt sander with 686 mm belt - that's it. I am planning to purchase a 1 kilowatt professional belt sander with a 2000 mm belt soon.

Thank you guys! It's like I've been driving a Trabant and suddenly I'm getting into a Ferrari. This thing eats steel like cheese. I was able to roughly shape a knife in an hour and a half.
I'm a little sorry I didn't order a frequency inverter as well.

Amazing the difference in time a good belt sander will make. Like night and day!! Belts are pricey but worth it. Good job!
