I love the profiles.
Is the intent a set of steak knives, and a carving knife/roast knife?

No ~ ::dang::

I do not make steak knives these are made for skinning and the other big one is a processing knife you know for butchering pigs and cattle ~ you know whats for supper ~ goats and lamb ~ I was raised on a farm we made jerky and italian sausage from our own livestock and Venison hunting season ~ the big one will make a good lamb splitter or you could cut down a tree I suppose ~ I guess you could use them for a steak that is of-coarse, you wanted to they will cut through steak like any other meat ~ You made me laugh ~ Thanks

they would be a pretty expensive steak knife to say the least ~ these are all convexed grinded 5160 Carbon Steel treated for a 59 Rockwell ~

Well I was close... in a way far away kind of sorta way. The antler handles threw me. I think of antler as ornamental more than functional.

I'm a city born, and raised kinda guy. I wouldn't know a goat from a giraffe once they were "processed".

Very cool profiles nun the less. ::tu:: I envy your talent.

OMG!!! That is Beautiful!!!

I would have to say it is VERY Japanese influenced yet with a VERY seat of the pants Americana finish.
Sorry MM.... That sounds like a cheap wine commercial. "Mad Coww 20-20" at a gas station near you...

You have major skills sir! ::watching_you::
