Thought I had posted this here but can't find anything so here goes:
Bought this on e-Bay about a year ago listed as a letter opener. Double edge blade made of brass and has engraving on both sides of the tang which is tapered at the back. Ivory handles and it came in a Bill's Custom Case. Looks to be a custom. Any thoughts on who may have made it?
