BIG PROBLEM! Help!

Hello there all, my names Jess, I am partial owner of a small business here in the Pacific Northwest and online on EBay, Amazon, and here on AAPK when it’s working.
That last part brings me to my problem,
Everytime for the past maybe six months, whenever I try to post a new knife or tool for sale here on the site it shows up on my end of the site, in the seller dashboard and everything, with the item listed as it’s supposed to be and available for people to purchase here on the site. But if I go and try to browse thru the store links, my store is not there even though I know for a fact I have requested for it to be added. And if I look underneath the individual knife brands for the items I just posted, I never find them. I am not sure what’s going on, I am pretty sure I am not banned from selling on the site at least I was never notified of anything of the sort and haven’t done anything to justify such a ban. I have messaged the people running the site, I think his name is Bryan? I have tried leaving messages thru the “Contact Us” link. And no matter which way I try to reach somebody, I never get even the tiniest response. Can someone please help me or point this post out to Bryan? Or somebody else who knows what might be causing this issue. If it’s something really simple like some setting I’m somehow missing I would be really suprised but it does happen, I know that. Thank you in advance.

Not sure what method you’re using to communicate (this appears to be your first ever forum post?) I don’t have a store so not sure how the “contact us” you refer to is located or how it’s supposed to work, but you might try posting your problem in the “member store forum” viewforum.php?f=101. That is where the member store owners post issues and concerns. Bryan seems to be responding regularly in that area of the forum, whereas there’s so many posts and related traffic in the other areas, I doubt he can keep up with it unless one of the site admins notifies him.

I sent you an email through your store contacting you about one of the items you have for sale.
I can see items in your store from your profile page, but I can't look the items up even by number. Obviously something is awry.
Bryan is the only one who can fix it and I will notify him. In the meantime there is a great thread on AAPK History.

if you click on this link and go down to the fourth post the one made by Mumbleypeg and take the link in the first paragraph of his post. That will take you to an old post that I made telling you some of Bryan's history. That will help you to understand why Bryan does not respond rapidly to emails.
