The knife is new.
The person selling the knife is telling stories
I think I read somewhere the person who had the trademark was producing a few new knives.
Here another knife where the seller tells the truth.

The Ebay knife was made by Olbertz for Parker in the 1990s.

The seller of the 2nd knife has one of the lowest ratings I've encountered.

Sorry but keep your money. Anytime you are not sure just call me. I just turned 83 so I am not buying any more Jack Knife Ben knives but not ready to sell any of my collection unless my doctor tells me to.
