At a minimum, this one has been rehandled. The bolsters don't look right to me either and the screw driver / cap lifter also looks wrong. The Case Tested XX stamp does look right to me. Not interested in buying just testing my knife reading skills.

Looks like a 1920s Remington scout knife with a tested blade to me . For sure rehandled .

SK, it looks to me like you nailed the identification of this one
I would think it would be worth more as a native Remington than with a Case Tested blade put into it.
