Is this real ? It's a all metal CASE XX, blade says "For Flesh Only"
Tang Stamp date is to 1950 - 1964
I think the model is M11OXP

Nothing showed up when I put it into Google.

Yessir, real deal. M110 Speying knife for veterinary use. All Stainless steel so it could be disinfected by boiling or other methods without harm to the knife.
