175

Post by glennbad »

Here's a 175. Mechanically all there, but the blade has some deep scratches in it. Doesn't take anything away from the function of the knife. I chose to leave most of that, and then left the stag kind of "rough" Not heavily sanded, left some of the rough sand lines on the stag, and the dings on the bolsters.

Not for a customer, just something I did. If anyone is interested, hit me up.

That stag looks awesome, amazing job! I take it you dyed the stag somewhat to "antique" it? If so, you have dialed in getting the old stag colors correct. ::nod:: ::tu:: ::tu::

Thanks everyone!

I have been experimenting with some coloring/dyeing. It adds a little extra pop, IMO.

BTW, the knife is on it's way to a potential new owner. Can't keep 'em all!

I received the knife in the mail yesterday from Glenn, and it is better in person than the pics can show. The shape and color of the handles and peening are great. It will find it’s way in my pocket Monday morning for work. Thanks again for the opportunity to get this Glennbad.
